Introduction

iRobot is looking for a Data Analyst to lead analysis on website & campaign performance and serve as a key player in our global digital transformation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, detail oriented and highly collaborative comfortable working closely with individuals across the entire global enterprise, as well as with technology partners and vendors.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze data on site performance and campaign performance

  • Support Paid Media and Email team on analyzing on site behavior and conversion of campaign traffic

  • Conduct site and events tagging

  • Define taxonomy for on-site campaign tracking, providing campaign management teams with campaign UTMs

  • Lead continuous, data-based improvement of all digital marketing and onsite activities via A/B testing and behavioral analysis

  • Develop smart and insightful dashboards and reports tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion

  • Maintenance of web analytics tool. Ensure tracking is properly set for all campaigns through all digital channels, and all on site activity is properly captured and measured

  • Provide deep-dive analyses and handle ad-hoc queries on a broad range of critical questions, e.g. to define business strategies or to specify product offerings.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience on web analytics

  • Bachelor degree in marketing (e.g., computer science, natural science), business or other related majors

  • Hands-on analytics and business intelligence experience in a fast-paced / start-up environment

  • Experience with web analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture etc.), building reports, testing and optimization, campaign analysis

  • Experience in data visualization dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Datorama, Klipfolio, etc.)

  • Deep understanding on A/B testing methodology

  • Strong analytical skills
