Introduction
Summary:The Customer Service International Associate – Iberia is responsible for providing customer service and operational support across the Iberia region. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely processing of customer requests, accurate system updates, and effective resolution of service-related issues. The position plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction while supporting daily business operations.
What You Will Do:
- Upload and maintain customer and product information in InfoTip and other internal systems.
- Support the review and follow-up of customer credit requests, coordinating with Finance and other stakeholders as needed.
- Review and process logistics and freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist with the management and resolution of customer complaints, working cross-functionally to provide timely responses and corrective actions.
- Provide customer support for Amazon accounts, including monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and emails.
- Process customer orders, requests, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor and maintain customer records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other internal functions to support customer needs.
- Track and follow up on open customer service issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support for the Customer Service team as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Logistics, or a related function.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or customer service systems is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal). Portuguese is a plus.
