You'll shape the iRobot brand globally but act locally. You’ll conduct research across the products and experiences our consumers interact with, serving as the voice of the consumer. Your role will involve conveying these insights to relevant product owners and key business stakeholders.

On a typical day, you may find yourself developing qualitative or quantitative research approaches, analyzing past results, presenting insights or findings, and working cross-functionally with the product and marketing organizations.

You’ll participate in regular meetings to review previous days’ sales data and uncover new insights. Your responsibilities will also include strategic planning for future marketing activations, collaborating with marketing and site merchandising, forecasting future business, and more.

One major responsibility of the team is deploying paid advertising across channels and funnels. We place "always-on" ads on Google, Facebook, Display, Video with campaign management during our peak selling seasons to maximize our yield return.
