I was attracted to iRobot and my department by the supportive and engaging people who interviewed me. The work environment is collaborative, and we have each other's backs. Although there aren't many formal growth opportunities, I learn something new every day.
One of my notable achievements includes managing supply constraints and prioritizing global purchase orders. My department contributes to iRobot's success by embodying the values of possibility and urgency in our daily operations.
