One of our recent projects is the CRM Revenue Capture, which has opened up a new revenue channel via Customer Care. This enables our Care Agents to not only help customers understand and choose the right robot but also buy it on the customers' behalf in real-time and get it shipped to them.

We work in an agile scrum fashion to take ownership of product development and swiftly handle any incidents that arise. Our daily routine is marked by a focus on automation and spikes, continuous integration and delivery, quality assurance automation, process automation, and the utilization of GPT framework, among other tools and techniques.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve building, designing, and addressing business challenges in collaboration with stakeholders from various departments and external vendors. We support the organization, scale operations, and ensure smooth functioning of tools.
The Best Part of the Job
Because we often serve as a liaison between Finance and the larger Technology team, we get to work closely with both the CIO and CFO offices. This dual placement provides us with valuable insights across various departments within the company.
I had followed iRobot as an interested member of the Boston tech community since there creation. I didn’t think my skill set would ever be a fit since I was focused on software and had never worked with robots or hardware. In the past 3-5 years, iRobot has invested more heavily in software in order to expand the capabilities of the products. This investment has allowed for more opportunities within the software space. The program management team is involved in every product created at iRobot. As a member of the team, I have a chance to have an impact directly on the core mission of the company. There is a lot of flexibility in the work environment and within my team. Everyone is willing to help solve problems and share ideas. We work together, learn from each other and focus on delivering the best product for our customers.
