We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Media Manager with a strong focus on Amazon Advertising to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising platform, proven leadership experience, and a track record of driving successful retail media strategies across the EMEA region. As a Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of Amazon and other retailer’s advertising strategies and driving business outcomes to maximize visibility, traffic, and sales for our products.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive retail media strategies across Amazon and other key retail platforms in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and regional market nuances.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Amazon Advertising, guiding cross-functional teams on best practices, trends, and platform changes to ensure campaigns remain ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across Amazon's advertising suite (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) while experimenting with new strategies and tools for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize advanced data analysis to assess performance and identify areas of improvement in areas such as ACOS, ROAS, CPC, impressions, and conversions; recommend and implement changes to meet business goals.
  • Monitor and manage large advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend optimization across multiple campaigns, regions, and platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product development, and leadership teams) to align retail media strategies with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Work closely with creative teams to drive innovation in ad creatives and product content, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences and maximizes campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay at the forefront of retail media trends and technologies, particularly within Amazon’s ecosystem, and evaluate emerging platforms to ensure continued market leadership.
  • Develop and deliver regular executive-level reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations, translating data into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and provide guidance on adapting campaigns for local markets within the EMEA region, driving customized solutions for diverse audiences.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Advanced expertise in Amazon’s advertising platform with a deep understanding of its tools, features, and best practices to optimize campaigns across the entire funnel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to generate strategic insights from data, as well as the ability to manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP) and other analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Highly strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term media strategies that align with overall business and marketing goals.
  • Proven ability to drive significant impact across multiple product categories and geographies, with a focus on performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Amazon Advertising, including experience working with advanced Amazon tools and strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex Amazon Advertising campaigns with measurable, data-driven results.
  • Experience optimizing product listings and content for Amazon, with a focus on improving organic and paid performance.
  • Experience in managing advertising strategies across other major online retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Instacart) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other retail media networks and a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms beyond Amazon.
  • Amazon Advertising Certifications (e.g., Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads Accreditation) or other relevant industry certifications.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices for Amazon listings, with a focus on integrating organic and paid strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior in the EMEA region.
  • Multilingual proficiency in languages relevant to the EMEA region is a strong advantage.
