Introduction

To support the continued growth of iRobot Japan’s e-commerce business, this Specialist role within the Marketing & eCommerce Department will be responsible for day-to-day operations across EC platforms. The position focuses on operational execution for the official online stores (DTC as well as official stores on Rakuten and Yahoo!), including promotional setup, merchandising such as product registration, inventory management, fraud handling, and customer-related operations.
Working closely with eCommerce team members (Account Managers, Digital Marketing, Content Production) as well as internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Operations, and Finance teams, the role will contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support projects aimed at improving the overall customer purchasing experience, including the implementation of new services.

本ポジションでは、公式オンラインストア（自社ECおよび楽天・Yahoo!公式ストア）における販促施策の運用、商品登録などのマーチャンダイジング、在庫管理、不正対応、顧客対応など、EC運用に関わる実務を中心にご担当いただきます。
eCommerceチーム（アカウントマネージャー、デジタルマーケティング、コンテンツプロダクション）をはじめ、カスタマーサービス、オペレーション、経理などの社内関係部署と密に連携しながら、顧客の購買体験向上を目的とした施策やサービス導入に関わるプロジェクトをサポートしていただきます。

Key Responsibilities

Execute and support day-to-day operations of EC platforms for the owned DTC site (Ebisumart) and official third-party marketplaces (Rakuten and Yahoo! Shopping).
Coordinate EC platform-related operational tasks across channels while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle product registration and inventory management on EC platforms and the Order Management System (OMS), including preparing instructions, executing registrations, and conducting validation checks.
Support the consolidation and sharing of event and promotion calendars for each platform; work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams on tasks such as product information setup, category configuration, coupon settings, and email template registration.
Contribute to EC operational improvements, workflow reviews, and troubleshooting activities, as well as support cross-departmental projects related to service implementation, including task coordination and workflow documentation.
(Some operational support or coordination may be required during weekends in emergency situations.)

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, contributing to sales growth and customer experience improvement
Experience supporting the launch or setup of EC platforms
Basic knowledge of online merchandising and customer experience on web-based platforms
Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in line with deadlines
Familiarity with web/EC tools and platforms (e.g., Ebisumart, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping)
Practical experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

自社ECサイト（Ebisumart）および公式3P店舗（楽天・Yahoo!ショッピング）におけるECプラットフォームの日常運用を担当
社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、各ECプラットフォームに関わる運用業務の調整・実行を行う
商品販売に必要なECプラットフォームおよびOMS（Order Management System）への商品登録・在庫管理を担当し、登録作業や確認業務を行う
各プラットフォームのイベント・プロモーションカレンダーの取りまとめおよび共有をサポートし、商品情報登録、カテゴリ設定、クーポン設定、メールテンプレート登録などについて、オペレーションチームやカスタマーサービスチームと連携しながら対応
EC運用における業務改善、ワークフロー見直し、トラブルシューティングへの対応や、サービス導入などの部門横断プロジェクトにおけるタスク整理・進行サポート
